Gary Marcoccia started curating web content in 1998 between powder days at Alta. This inspired the creation of GravityFed, one of the first online communities spreading awareness of "Eccentric Athletes & Mountain Culture" from Utah's Wasatch Mountains. From there he went on to manage the Backcountry.com affiliate program during a period of intense company growth. In 2005, compatible web marketing ideas with a colleague led to the development and launch of AvantLink, which is now an international performance marketing brand with dedicated networks in both Canada and Australia. Gary's professional experience online has been far reaching, yet he feels he is "only scratching the surface". He still considers himself a publisher and branding expert, but now he's also a tech co-founder and curious entrepreneur.
